Connecticut MSP Program Evaluation The Connecticut Math Science Partnership (MSP) program supports relationships between local education agencies and institutions of higher education that will improve professional practice, raise student achievement, and promote a comprehensive PK-16 education reform initiative. The evaluation of the 2006-2009 MSP grant projects focuses on the impact of the Leadership Training Academies, which prepares K-12 teachers to act as school-based instructional coaches.
