TERC produced a white paper focused on recommendations for the role of math in afterschool programs in Boston. The recommendations are based on interviews with afterschool teachers and math educators who develop out-of-school programs, reviews of math curricula and staff development programs, and research on math out of school. The project included a focus group with afterschool leaders and policy makers. Funded by Massachusetts 2020 Foundation and Boston Centers for Youth and Families.
